Muy buena localización, buenos atendientes y buena experiencia, 100% recomendable.

Older facility in a prime area near Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps area. Rooms are small compared to the hotels near Termini station. Had to switch tooms due to AC trouble. Breakfast is not included. Reception can book cab to airport.

La ubicación es buena, pero realmente pase una estancia muy desagradable ya que la cama que me dieron era de dos camas individuales unidas y el Colchón de un lado se caía porque la base era más pequeña que el colchón, muy incómodo, pasamos dos noches sin poder dormir por eso, fue una terrible experiencia.

Clean room, comfortable bed, great AC and shower. Great place to see Rome from for a couple nights.

The room 202/203 smelled like mold and the bathroom had mold in the shower. It was not pleasant. There were dead bugs (Ants) in the room and it did not feel clean. The bathroom in room 209 had broken tiles that were coming up from the floor that risked cutting your toes because they were very sharp and the sink did not plug properly. The drain in room 210 was very slow to drain and was kind of clogged. The staff was kind but only one spoke English. There were 0 amenities like shampoo or conditioner in the room, only hand soap and a shower cap. Otherwise the stay was nice and despite these issues it was very centrally located and we had a positive stay.

Close to tourist spots and subway

Its convenience and location were the reason I chose this place. A short 16 minute walk from Termini made it attractive. It needs a bit of refurbishment, although it was clean and my single room had functioning air conditioning during a hot stay. The proximity to Villa Borghese and the historic sites on that side of the city were a big plus. Staff was helpful when needed but not overly solicitous. The room was quiet and served the purpose of a short stay.

The staff were very helpful, the room was aging and the beds were so hard and so uncomfortable, they definitely need topper pads on the mattresses.
