Clean, breakfast was lovely and variety. Great location and lovely staff.

We had a lovely big room with good bath and shower. Managed to check in early which was so grateful for as it was raining. The hotel was located a bit further out than we thought but worked for us as was quiet band we got to use the pool when the weather changed. I was a little disappointed in breakfast it was good but not quite up to the same standard of other hotels I have been in to, maybe more limited as a vegetarian. I did ask for poached eggs one day and they did do them for me.

Business hotel with limited amenities.

Pros: Clean rooms and a lot of space. Not the regular tiny rooms in Spain. Cons: The front desk asked me a lot of questions and details for the check in. By my side, my cousin doing the check in as well for another room paid for me and no one question for him. I felt bad about it and I told them.

Good conference facilities, limited coffee/tea stations for large groups

Great located hotel right next to the Spanish Plaza and a 15 minute walk to the centre. Rooms were spacious and modern and very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area is really good with and outdoor bar, just what you need to cool down and refresh in the afternoon heat and sun. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville.

They told me I had to wait to check in because my room wasn’t ready. However, when I finally went to the room, I was very disappointed to see that it was dirty.

The room was dusty with someone’s hair everywhere. The bathroom grime and moldy, since the tiles were dark you couldn’t see it right away except when you use the facilities, the shower etc. the ac was not working properly, we did call reception and one hour after we settled in they offered to change room at that point we were so tired that we slept through. We spoke to facility and they graciously tried to compensate by giving us a voucher for one of two paid breakfast. The reason why I am writing this review is because at breakfast we found a hair on our table, too much coincidence the property is not well kept and cleaning is important. Please make the guess feel good and have everything spotless.
