The room was amazing, and the staff was above and beyond when it came to accommodating me ( with a service animal) and my husband ( who is in a power wheelchair) and making our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Thanks goes out to the bell staff for being awesome!!

I thought the property was beautiful. My room was absolutely gorgeous. Very happy about that. However, I wish the pool area and hot tub were located on a different floor other than the 1st floor for hotel guest safety/ security purposes. I also wish that there was a required key card access to enter and exit the pool hot tub facility. I dont recall seeing one. This will prevent intruders or other guests from other near by hotels or locals from entering the area when they did not actually pay to stay in the hotel and use the amenities.

The hotel was ok, but not super clean. It was loud and the interior hallways were very hot. They only had 2 of the 4 elevators working for part of my stay and then took 1 elevator for staff. Wait times for the elevator were insanely long.

Amazing hotel 10/10 would recommend

I like the place for the location, our suite was perfect; few things that can improve are staff communication( sometimes staff do not reply to text messages; also I don’t know their honesty when you ask for help as no follow up to see if you actually got the help; it just falls through and that is not good); the lady at the Starbucks can also smile and say hi with eye contact; I felt uncomfortable every time I went there! We will definitely return!

Very clean. My wife and I had our honeymoon here and the staff generously gave us complimentary wine and sweets. Which was a fabulous touch

This is my go to hotel! Great hotel clean great staff 10/10!

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The hallways don’t have air conditioning and the room was insanely over priced for the location and amenities
