Advertised that there is a free shuttle service available but refused to provide the service.
Had to pay 280 Dirhums for the Taxi to pivk up and drop off at the airport.
Really disappointed.

The room was clean but the clean up during the stay was not very thorough. They’d forget to put floor towels or replenish fresh towels when required.
