The shower was over flowing while showering and the pillows were very hard to sleep on. Being from a foreign country and have just arrived there was NO way to know a reservation was needed in the restaurant where absolutely no one was sitting and eating at. The restaurant personnel were not friendly or helpful and didn’t want to bother with us. Other than that it was a nice place to stay at..

Everything perfect!

We chose this hotel because it was on the outskirts of Perugia and it had a carpark. It is a lovely comfortable modern hotel. The room was spotless when I moved in, but the bins weren't always emptied completely. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied. We tried the restaurant for dinner: it is Italian/Japanese fusion. Some dishes were lovely (the aubergine starter); but some were disappointing (my fish was overcooked); the others were also not enamoured....there are plenty of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood!!

The hotel is under renovation at the side I stayed in, lots of issues in room

This property lacks maintenance. It smells of smoke in the corridors. The area around the hotel is industrial and not nice.

This is a clean and modern hotel. Unlike many Best Westerns in the US, this had the level of class and quality of a Marriot or Hilton. The service was excellent, the staff nearly all spoke English, and the breakfast was delicious. The covered parking is a bonus.

Front desk staff was efficient and friendly. Modern, clean, comfortable hotel.

Clean, convenient lots of parking and a short distance to city center.

Gabriella at the front desk was amazing and very helpfull

Great hotel and we were grateful for the rooms. The air conditioning was only so so...but breakfast was excellent and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful!
