The staff was courteous and it was clean,, but the hotel was run down. Large chips in the furniture, chair footrest that sagged noticeably. Halls with scuff marks everywhere...ones that it was obvious that walls hadn't been painted in a while. Strange smell. I wouldn't have stayed even the one night except for I had purchased it through Hotels.com and would not have gotten a refund.

I arrived just after 12 am, about 45 minutes after I made the reservation. They said I was marked as a no-show, and they couldn't check me in for 30 minutes. I demanded a refund, and left.

The front desk people are incredibly friendly and helpful. Shopping and food nearby. The hot water is great. Laundry at the facility is incredibly too expensive,otherwise not a bad place to get some quiet sleep.

The place is probably the lowest end property in the area , which seems unusual for the brand.
It\nWas in very poor repair. The cable was disconnected from the TV.The t v was unplugged. The bed was not made , but the used linens were on the floor..
It felt like something between a homeless mission and a motel
