Nice room!

Please!!! Make sure I don't have to pay for parking!! Was told at the time I checked in to stay! Didn't have too! And will not pay it!!!

When I arrived my room was slightly opened and the room smelled so much like cigarettes. I told the front desk if they can change me to another room, unfortunately they couldn’t because the hotel was booked. Other than that our stay was great and had a relaxing time. The breakfast was amazingly delicious.

The staff was great and so was the location. The Hotel was dated, in need of repair, and updating. Door locks didn’t work. We booked 2 rooms and had to change rooms twice to find a door locks that worked and locked correctly. There was a missing Down Button on Floor 8. Which meant you had to go up to the 10th floor, then go out of the elevator, hit the down button, jump back in, then go down. Very inconvenient. If in the area next time, I will book a different Hotel. The online pictures of the Hotel have to be at least 10 years old or photoshopped. The Hotel is in need of maintenance and updating. I will say again, the staff were great and the rooms were good size. We booked a King Suite and Double Suite. I think there are probably better options for a similar price.
