Comfortable stay; pleasant and polite staff. Good amenities such as pool, gym and jogging track.

Clean room, clear and good communication. Suitable for extended stay with a washing machine.

The elevator goes straight to the apartment room itself.

I originally only booked a 2 nights stay but I loved the apartment so much I extended 2 times and ended being there for one week. Everything about the apartment was brilliant , the size ,cleanliness , air conditioner was brilliant , had to turn it off at times because it was so cold. Two things that I really liked were the washing machine in the apartment and the extensive gym was great . Staff were brilliant , courteous , smiling and welcoming , I can’t say enough about it , so do yourself a favour and book an apartment for your holiday there you won’t regret it .I will definitely be back.

Change room and toilet facility needed in pool area. Guest should be able to sit and drink in garden area.

This place is terrible now. It’s in bad condition, cleaners are lazy and staff are not helpful.

The maintenance budget has been set at zero and everything is slowly decaying.

check in time should be at 2pm, but we only can enter our room after 2 hours waiting. They just ask us waiting at the lounge. But is really not help full since we bring child and they need a nap. But over all the room is clean and the comfort. There is miss understand about the breakfast since i book 3 rooms and it should be minimum 6 pax. The breakfast is very simple and sending to our room

I have stayed at Fraser residence Sudirman many times and it’s always good. The location is away from the main road but convenient to go to GI mall or Senayan.

The staff is friendly and willing to help.
