杜拜塔廣場飯店 (The Tower Plaza Hotel)

星級評鑑以住宿資訊（飯店提供之服務與設施等）綜合評等為基準，僅供參考

Check in was fine and valet parking service good. However, the rest of the experience was poor, it took 10 min waits every time had to use elevators and only 2 seemed to be working and no air conditioning in elevators. The room lacked basic amenities such as tissue box or slippers and had to request from front desk, cleaning service very slow and the room was good size suite but was dated and in need of upgrade. Few power sockets and none near washroom or mirror to use hairdryer. It was a 3-star experience.

Clean room

Horrible close it down if the renovations force a substandard service huge reputational damage

The ongoing renovation makes this the worst 5 star hotel in Dubai right now. Would advise against till they finish understaffing is a understatement and off season pricing doesn’t justify the short comings

Good location, staff works hard and helpful but the rooms can be cleaner, there was sign of mold

Comfortable stay and great service

Getting taxi is tough from the Entrance. Some staff not so Helpful.

Lovely staff, decent bed. Room wasn’t great. Lots of construction work happening which doesn’t make for restful sleep. I had to phone housekeeping for basics such as robe, body wash, shampoo. The showerglass was full of limescale and lots of mold amd damp walls in bathroom. Bit disappointing. But lovely staff.

Perfect for a work trip.

It’s a very deceptive hotel. 3 star at best. There was no hot water. The room stunk. Hotel is really not well maintained. Don’t stay here!
