We were only staying one night and chose it because of proximity to both train station and airport bus stop - less than 5 minutes walk. The hotel entrance is shared with another hotel so not immediately obvious. The room was clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast had all the usual options.

Great location, a delicious breakfast, and wonderful staff. We liked everything about our stay.

Convenient and central location for visits to places of interest in Basel. Adequate breakfast. Ineffective air-conditioning in rooms.

Kim was very nice and welcoming. She has a lot of patience towards customers.

Only issue was no air con. The lady on reception was incredibly helpful- moved me to a quieter room (where could open windows) and got some fans, but it was still like a sauna. Got zero sleep

Heat wave caused our 2nd floor room to be intolerable. Husband had to sit in lobby in the night for hours. An air cond room on floor 8 was given to us for the next two nights but it was a fight. Cuddos to Kati for getting us the new room, which was lovely.

The staff was EXCEPTIONAL and the property nicely located to the Basel Train Station and excellent food and drink restaurants.

Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly. Only issue is check in confusion. 3 hotels connected and no one at our check in desk. Finally another guest told us we had to go to other hotel desk to check in. We would not have known. Need better communication

This hotel imperfectly adequate for a short stay. The highlight was the staff. Every person was so helpful and friendly. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and a comfortable bed.

Hotel location is close to train station, which makes traveling easy. We got a Basel card, which offers free bus/tram rides upon check in. The room is a bit small, but clean. View outside our window is great. Room is warm when we check in, so we open the window. Not too noisy. The breakfast is on top floor, and not to miss the view.
