Really dumpy, dark place. Lobby smells like an ashtray, halls are creepy and outdated. Pool was dirty and all chairs were turned over, cushions stacked in the corner. Their storage shed was open and messy. Tons of mosquitoes, probably because of the unkempt pool. It was pretty gross and the evening front desk worker was very uninterested in his job.

The woman at the front desk was the rudest hotel attendant I’ve ever encountered. I’ve traveled in 26 countries and this is up in the top
worst 3 experiences I’ve ever had.

The place looks and feels uncared for with broken shower parts, sticky feeling carpet and basic amenities. The pool was absolutely freezing cold and unfortunately the Only reason I booked this place.The options are for food within walking distance is extremely limited, with ONE pizza place close by which was wonderful. There was hair in the bed before I slept in it. CLEARLY the sheets were not washed. Of all the places I’ve stayed, including hostels, this was by far the worst experience.

A good first night of rest after a late arrival in Italy. The hotel is a short drive from Milan Airport. Staff were friendly and helpful, and beds were comfortable. A nice seafood restaurant is next door, open late on weekends.
