Beautiful property BUT full of steps and absolutely no accessibility for people with mobility challenges. great staff, and really lovely beach dining. But moving from ones room to the beach is a lot of walking and steps it’s an expensive resort given it doesn’t have enough arrangement to get around for elderly people.

A tour I booked included a stay at this resort, and I needed to add on an extra evening due to my flight arrangements. Rooms are clean, and I’ve enjoyed relaxing by the pool all day as I adjusted to time change. Looking forward to spending a few more days here.

Stayed in a beach front villa which was very good.check in staff are very good having said that all staff are friendly and pleased to help.breakfast buffet is ok with a reasonable selection to accommodate just about everyone. A good solid choice and at the start of the main strip of restaurants etc.

Amazing hotel, beautiful territory and great pools. Breakfast is full of choices, very tasty.

Room was comfortable. I found the room quite dark though. I didn’t like the pool towel system, they were left in your room but only if you left your dirty one so often no clean towel to head to the pool. Sun beds were comfortable.

Great hotel, close to bars and restaurants. Maid service was always brilliant. Helpful staff. Lagoons look a little bit dirty and right near to our room needed tidying up (near the car park) but we would definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at Khao Lak Laguna Resort. The rooms were excellent, and we stayed in very high-end bungalows just a minute's walk from the beach. The breakfast buffet, included in our room, was great and offered a variety of delicious options. The resort's location is ideal, with just a five-minute walk to town where it's easy to catch a "song thaew" (taxi) to nearby sites. While the stretch along the main road in Khao Lak isn't very nice, staying down on the beach made all the difference. The beach area is perfect for relaxation, and there are countless great diving options nearby. The resort features two nice pools right by the beach, and they offer free boogie boards for ocean fun. Although the immediate beach area isn't the nicest, a short five-minute walk takes you to a much nicer stretch of beach. They also have free bikes available, and I recommend using the mountain bikes as the locks on the more leisurely bikes can get stuck easily. The service from the front desk and restaurant staff was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The resort is very family friendly. Our grandkids loved the pool and the breakfast buffet.

Great hotel. Excellent free buffet breakfast. Great location in downtown Khao Lak. Nice pools right by the beach. Every single worker was nice and helpful.

Great hotel. Really nice and clean rooms. Great breakfast buffet. Nice pools right by the beach. They have free boogie boards that you can use in the ocean.
