還好 The hotel was unresponsive to advance email about trip delay. Initial room was very hot and very noisy. Moved us to an inferior smaller room with smaller bed. We had booked a superior room with a large bed. Hotel manager (male) was rude. No offer to compensate us for the room difference. Other staff were friendly. We will not stay here again.

超讚 The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Housekeeping kept the room spotless. The room was a little small but had everything I needed. The hotel is very conveniently located in the old section. I had a wonderful time.

The man on night shift was so lovely very helpful. The females on reception not to helpful. Room immaculately clean and left great by housekeeper. Room was so noisy, very disturbed sleep. Asked for a wake up call and reception were happy to provide this for my early flight. Location amazing, 15 min walk to beach, shops and restaurants within 100m.
