Beautiful resort with great people. Will be back

Great breakfast and really nice staff. Wonderful beach and comfy beachbeds. The humidity in the room was a bit too high.

We stayed at the Villa for a birthday celebration. We had an absolutely wonderful and memorable time. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. They were all very attentive and provided personal care, always knowing our names, for a special occasion, knew when we were departing, helped to chauffeur us around in their buggies. Faultless service. The pools were well shaped, well positioned and very clean. We had a good stroll along the beach and I would say we booked the best hotel in that area! Many thanks for the wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at The Laguna, it is a really wonderful hotel, and very tastefully decorated. The only criticisms we have would be constancy of service and quality between restaurants/bars. The Balé Bar was fantastic, and Lili was a true star of the hotel - that level should be applied across the whole hotel without question. The other bars and restaurants did not match this level of service and the quality of drinks was often inconsistent, which became annoying. Also, the music coming from the beach bar KulKul is awful(!!), please turn it down or off. It was also very alarming to be expected to pay to use loungers by the KulKul pool, even when purchasing food and drink.

Wonderful overall visit!

Overall, we had a fantastic stay at the Laguna. Great room, brilliant pools, excellent food, and the staff were exceptional! Staff members we talked to from every area of the business were always smiling, helpful, and engaging, and this made our holiday truly memorable!

It’s one of the most beautiful resorts I have ever visited! Wonderful, friendly staff, awesome buffet and beautiful grounds!! I loved every second of my stay!!

The resort is in well maintained grounds with large swimming pools next to the beach. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There is a wide variety of good quality food at the breakfast buffet. The gym was reasonably well equipped.

We had an amazing stay at the Laguna Resort and Spa. We could not rate this Resort any higher! The service was of the highest standard and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The Resort is modern, spotless and the food amazing, especially the buffet breakfast and dinners in the Banyubiru restaurant. Its in a beautiful, quite spot outside of the hustle and bustle of the other parts of Bali, however Nusa Dua is some distance to other areas so getting around can take some time due to traffic congestion. Either way we will be coming back!
