This Hotel is not Handicap accessible and they sell it that it is. Awful room for Handicap accessibility. Best part of stay was manager Andrei, he went over and beyond trying to help us.

Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! The location is perfect, we were able to walk from train station and to all the amazing attractions Florence has to offer. When we first checked in, the woman who welcomed us was so kind and gave us many great tips on how to explore the city! The wine cellar was a fun experience as well! Overall a great stay, would recommend, the staff were excellent!

The hotel is in a perfect location- walking distance to everything. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
The hotel is charming, spotless and offers a lovely buffet breakfast. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again.
