Motel/hotel is old so is showing its' age. Rooms were clean, restaurant breakfast buffet was good, dinner menu was good. The lamb shank meal was huge - enough for two to eat. Relatively close to the airport but far from everything else. Lobby is small and we sat it in for three hours as we had booked a tour through Viator and they did not show up to pick us up, even though it had been confirmed by email. They said hotel was too far from their pick-up place. Viator did not have any issue with keeping our excursion money. There appeared to be ample parking.

We had a nice stay. Clean room- was serviced everyday. Amenities were OK, totally useful. Plenty of parking spaces, and except for some people/renters talking to loudly during late hours the place was really good to stay in. Amazon prime channels were great too.

Lovely and helpful staff. Nice restaurant meals available and good breakfast buffet. Rooms are dated but clean and beds are excellent to sleep on. Shower could be a bit temperamental but okay. A good reasonable priced s accomodation for short stay near the airport.

The staff were excellent, so friendly, very accommodating. They went out of their way to be helpful. The motel room had everything i needed, the bed was very comfortable. I did think the room could have been cleaner i.e. the curtains did need a wash. Over all very good.

I offen stay at Auckland airport kiwi hotel/motel which has helped me heaps in my recent situation. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are kept at a lovely condition. I recommend this hotel for anyone who needs a place to stay.

Hi team, Thank you I had a nice stay at the motel, however I would have appreciated that in our five nights stay there the room could have been vacuumed when we requested for the clean. Otherwise everybody was very helpful and the staff very honest and reliable🙏 I will definitely be staying at the hotel/ motel again next year. God bless!!
