Swimming pool is great even in the winter. Warm water and comfortable. Food was great for breakfast and lunch! Room is very nice!

Probably the best 5 stars hotel in Eilat we stayed at. Spacy rooms with balcony and jacuzzi, clean, quiet (no kids allowed). Good Spa facilities, tasty breakfast, but in my view, still too expensive for winter season.

Such a beautiful paradise

First visit there, the hotel is good but some facilities closed without properly notifying you during reservation - the pool, the lounge. Not possible for example to sit in the lobby and order coffee. They called 2 days before arrival to notify but this is too late and not transparent. Especially given the premium price. However spa facilities are open and great, I enjoyed and will return.

Front desk manager who greeds everyone was amazing with us. A Russian speaking gentleman in a black suit. We would return to stay at the hotel again because of him.

Amazing staff, incredible location and view.

Nice facilities but the hotel could use some updating. Breakfast at the Herods Palace next door is better, you can go there at no extra charge. The hotel is nice and quiet, no children allowed.

The facility is nice but the service is fitting to a 2-stars motel. I got the room later than what they committed too and the receptionist refused to acknowledge there's even a problem. claiming you get the room "starting from 3". I asked her if it means I can get it tomorrow.
