When asking for a room with a balcony be specific because I got a crack as a balcony and concrete slab as my view - dirty washcloth left in shower - other than that all was well

超讚 Everhone was very friendly and helpful and they responded quickly when we had an issue with the A/C when we first arrived. Moved to a new room and the young man who checked on the A/C even carried all of our luggage without being asked for help!! The cafe at the bar was excellent.
