Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Great value.

Right in the heart of Lisbon, next to the main round about of Parque de Pombal. Hit the breakfast buffet before heading out. The variety of choices and freshness are all worth it. Friendly dining staffs especially the young man who opens the door and greet you with great enthusiasm. Our room had great view of the park. And the roof top bar is a must do to see a 360 view of the city, the bar guys are very friendly too. Lastly, we arrived in the lobby around noon. The room was not ready and we fell asleep while waiting. But, as soon as the room was ready, a young gentleman woke us up and gave our room key. We intend to visit the city again and when we do.. we’ll stay with HF Fenix.

I can say without hesitation that this is one of the better hotels I've stayed at on my travels in the past twenty years. It is a well appointed four star establishment at a fantastic location in central location, which is a short metro or taxi ride away from key areas like Chiado and Alfama - thus a perfect location for tourists hoping to see all that Lisbon has to offer. Our king room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and a nice balcony. The continental breakfast was delicious and varied, with fresh fruits and pastries on offer. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Mauro at the front desk and Sergio on breakfast duty. My only gripe with this hotel is that they don't offer facial tissues, nor does the bathroom have ventilation – two standard features of North American hotels. Other than that, a great four star experience and a place that I would surely stay at again in the future!

Hotel was good in a good location but could do with more amenities for the price.

The staff was so helpful!!! The rooms were clean and nice. We came and went so we ended up with 3 different rooms over the whole stay. All were great! Only complaint was that the beds were a little hard, but it didn’t affect my sleep. If you are sensitive to firm beds be aware.

HF Fenix Garden hotel is conveniently located close to the metro, city buses and the Hop-On-Hop-Off buses. Rui is the front hotel staff who helped us check in. We appreciate his assistance with all our inquiries and requests during our stay…always with a huge smile. Sergio, the breakfast room host, greeted us each morning and treated us like family. He lifted up our spirits with his positive energy and enabled us to start off each day feeling amazing! What we loved most at breakfast were the delicious sliced fruit, smooth scrambled eggs and specialty coffee machine. We highly recommend this hotel!
