Everything was perfect. It is a lovely place in a quiet area of Tam Loc, surrounded by nature and wildlife. The center is just a 5-minute walk away, and there is a mini-mart less than a two-minute walk from the property, which is very convenient. You can also borrow various bicycles to explore the area. I truly loved the ricefield view from the garden and the fauna you can encounter throughout the property (ducks, birds, butterflies). The swimming pool feels like an oasis right in the center of the garden. I also appreciated the vending machine at the reception and the fact that they accept many different payment methods. Breakfast was delicious with many local options—a special thank you to the lady who made the amazing pancakes! My room was spotless and ideally located in a peaceful spot. Thank you so much to Duong and Mina for welcoming and assisting me from arrival to departure. Their service was truly above and beyond my expectations!

Comfortable and clean spot. Location is pretty central and convenient. Can walk most places. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Tim Coc lovely more rural location than Ninh Binh. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Lovely river and countryside views off the main strip.

Excellent value for money - rooms nice and clean enough. Breakfast is basic but nice that its included. I do think as most other resorts include free bicycle rental, that this should be included aswell. Dog in the corner of the hotel makes me really sad.

the staff at this property were so lovely, we also loved the breakfast and facilities were extremely clean

We loved the pool and pool area(courtyard) unfortunately the weather was not exactly pool weather. Breakfast was excellent, in fact we would have had to stay another week and not run out of variety. Complimentary bikes also a great inclusion

We were rushed through check in and rushed to our room. Asked for 1 hour late noon check out- denied! The hotel was empty. As we started taking our bags to reception to leave housekeeping woman rushed into the room while we were still in it, promptly flushing toilet that was ready clean. Staff was courteous duri g breakfast but not friendly. Place is beautiful but cold and businesslike to a fault. The staff attitude most likely came from their training, the owner. Never experienced anything like this during 6 weeks of Vietnam travel.in summary, the pictures are accurate, but did not feel welcome.
