My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The rooms are extremely outdated—not just mine, but my friends’ rooms as well. We also had a serious issue with the air conditioning. Water was leaking from a ceiling light fixture, which felt incredibly unsafe.
The hotel sent someone to inspect it, but he didn’t seem to know what was wrong. He literally said, “Oh, funny, it stopped,” even though water had been dripping onto his face while he was standing there, and the carpet was completely soaked.
To make matters worse, the bed was covered in hair, which made it clear that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly.
Overall, this hotel is definitely not worth the price. The rooms look nothing like the photos advertised, and based on my experience, I would never stay here again.

Close proximity to the beach which is located at sister facility 5min away . Amazing breakfast spread for families. Only drawback was the room was got despite air conditioning at 18 degrees .

The hotel was a bit conference focused and impersonal. If I had it to do over again I would have saved a few bucks and stayed at the Valamar family-friendly hotel. That being said, I have nothing bad to say about the stay. Stay were lovely, dinner buffet was worth the cost, and the nearby beaches were stunning. Maro world was a nice bonus. Not many kids there when we stayed so my son got a bit bored but it was free and the staff was lovely

We had a beautiful Seaview room, well worth paying extra for this. The pool was big and clean, plenty of space and the children's maro world was really great. The breakfast was really good, so much choice and lovely tables outside to enjoy the gardens and sunshine. We also used the pool of neighbouring hotel which was great. Uber to Dubrovnik old town was 10 minutes and cost around €7. A lovely hotel!
