Awesome resort for families. Pool is excellent and beach is right out front. Breakfast buffet and all food options were amazing. Kids club, outdoor gym and ice baths were also well received. Would definitely stay here again

Staff were amazing! Our 5th time staying at the Westin and are coming back again later in the year we love it so much. Only downside of our stay this time around was the construction noise but this can only be heard by the beach or pool and you adapt to it. The renovations they are undertaking look great and will certainly be worth it though I think.

Beach is great, plenty of comfy loungers and plenty of shade. Our one-bedroom suite was beautifully clean and comfortable, though a bit un-resorty being directly off the hotel lobby. Breakfast outrageously good. Excellent beachside restaurant. Reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the incessant construction noise of pneumatic drilling and power-cutting next to the beach, **every** day. I don’t appreciate hotels doing substantial construction, other than basic urgent repairs, while paying guests are present. People think carefully about where to stay for their precious days of relaxation on holiday — they don’t come for power tools. The pools are currently a very weird layout — I don’t understand why the adults-only area seems to be a small portion (the shallower side) of a small pool closest to the reception. Then the pool bar is in a different section immediately at the bottom of the children’s slide (!). There seems to be major new construction work (in addition to the beach-adjacent construction) happening to an area next to the pool, so I really hope they’re expanding the adults-only section and creating some logic to the layout. Our room’s aircon was limited to 22 degrees at coolest (communal controlled-temperature air). We wish we’d taken a smaller room at the Laguna next door — the pools and landscaping there are not just a bit better but on a totally different world-class level. Westin pool area isn’t an appealing place to chill out.

An utterly magical experience. I could not rate the Westin Nusa Dua highly enough. The staff were incredible, the beach was dreamy, the food delicious. I had the most amazing time.

We had a garden room. There was an outside balcony with a sofa. Room was as expected, the shower floors were slippery and I had to request a double rubber mat. Water pressure and temperature were good. Breakfast options were sort of overwhelming- they have so many different choices, almost too many. The seating is also very close together and kids screaming was an issue. We enjoyed the adults only pool, but had to remind other guests every day that it is not for kids (both unattended kids and adults with kids who ignored the signs?)
