Muy acogedor

Manger is great, front desk staff were rude and unhelpful.

Good location

Clean

Stayed two nights for a quick Orlando get away. The hotel is older. The hallways were beyond hot but the ac in the room was fine. We were on the 9th floor and could hear every single loud car that past on i4. The front staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Buffet breakfast is a good deal if you like to eat before venturing out for the day

The room was super clean perfect close enough to universal and the other fun things in Orlando. Staff was friendly and the air-conditioning in the room was very cold, which was perfect after our hot park day. My only complaint would be that you have to pay $10 for parking that kind of seems silly. When you’re already paying for the hotel.

Wonderful place and staff, just wish i didn’t have to pay for parking and breakfast

Muy tranquilo y limpio, las camas muy pequeñas pero por solo un finde es soportabl cerca de todos los juegos de universal…recomiendo.

Wonderful hotel. Close to everything, friendly staff, very well maintained laundry room, and has everything you can possibly need inside the property including a 24/7 convenience store. Front lobby, the hallways, and the room itself are clean and smell great. I would continue booking here for the rest of my Orlando trips.

That was perfect!
