We stayed at this hotel on our last night in London. It is very clean and well appointed. My only criticism would be that the decor in the rooms is very dark, but that’s just my personal opinion. The concierge was extremely helpful in ordering a taxi to pick us up very early the next morning. Everything went very smoothly. It is well situated near Victoria train station and a 20 minute walk to Buckingham Palace. I would definitely recommend it!

Very nice hotel. Very modern. Close to Victoria Station. Good food in the bar and also the buffet breakfast in the restaurant. We enjoyed our stay here.

Nice hotel. Had a problem navigating around Victoria. The gps went crazy.

Our stay at Park Plaza Victoria London was disappointing primarily because of the service. We experienced an issue with our room temperature and spoke with the manager, Felipe, who was dismissive and did not follow through on what was promised. We were told an engineer would come to the room within 5–10 minutes, but it was clear no one came. When we later asked about it, the response felt dismissive rather than helpful. In addition, my sister’s and parents’ rooms were not cleaned despite having their “clean room” signs displayed. This created unnecessary inconvenience during our stay. We also had difficulty arranging transportation when departing. When I asked the concierge to call a cab, he appeared disorganized and did not arrange it until we were already downstairs with all of our luggage, which caused additional stress for our family. The hotel’s location is excellent, but the inconsistent housekeeping, poor communication, and lack of attentive customer service significantly affected our overall experience.

There was construction work going on that I wasn’t warned about in the 2 pre check in messages from the hotel, or during the check in process. When we were woken early on Saturday morning, reception denied that there was any construction going on. We then saw clear signs of renovation- if only the staff knew! When we spoke to the reception manager who offered no apology, just confirmation that construction was in fact happening. A room change was offered but no confirmation that that same issue wouldn’t reoccur. Truly appalling customer service that bordered on smug and uncaring. As a frequent visitor to this hotel, I can safely say it will be my last and the “reception manager” on Saturday 11 July 2026 should be sent on some kind of training to understand what customer service, empathy and professionalism actually looks like.

Worst check in experience. Hotel was booked and paid in full a month in advance. Got to the hotel and they gave my room away. Manager on duty was extremely rude and unapologetic. Was given a room in their sister hotel which was not in an area I wanted to be in. For a hotel to take payment and then not honor the booking is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend booking here.
