Clean and new hotel located close to highway and 20mins to downtown. Decent breakfast buffet but would have liked to see the fruit salad everyday - was only on Sat/Sun.

The rooms were clean, with friendly and accommodating staff. Pool is nice but not big enough to accommodate all guests.

Friendly and helpful staff. Seemed safe - room key is required for the elevator. Nice sized room and bathroom. The vent did not seem to be working as it steamed up (we did not report this). Good selection/options for the continental breakfast. Plenty of convenient parking. Good location - less than 15 minutes to the airport and less than 30 minutes to Cape Spear.
