This is genuinely my favourite hotel in Toronto. Great staff, wonderful building, comfy beds, and a great sauna! (Only improvement I could suggest is they need a hot tub!)

The a/c in our room was not working and it was very hot. We had someone come to repair it and change the air filter but it didn’t help it get any cooler.

不錯 I booked this hotel because I wanted to use the pool with my kids prior to flying out the next morning. When we arrived, we were told it was closed for maintenance. When an amenity such as that is closed, I feel that guests should be notified in advance so they have the option to rearrange their plans if they wish. I would have stayed somewhere else as that was my purpose for staying there.
