Lovely people and property.

Just a lovely layout, unhurried old wood Riverside hotel. An oasis in the hustle and bustle. Most tours have pickups near this location as well, so it’s fairly convenient if doing a few tours is on the agenda.

The room was very clean. The staff was always kind and helpful.

Food needs improvement for the high price.

Overall, the staff members are good and Nice.

I truly enjoyed my stay, the staff super friendly and helpful, the room and premises very clean, calm and peaceful. A truly relaxing experience.

Wonderful staff and wonderful quiet and calming setting.

Very nice property and room. Close to food and shopping. Staff was helpful at checkin/out and breakfast attendants were kind and attentive. Enjoyed breakfast on the terrace next to the river. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely quiet and comfortable hotel overlooking the river. Enjoyed the breakfasts and appreciated being within walking distance of the old city. Room decor a little dated though, quite dark! Also beds were on a raised platform, posing quite the tripping hazard when staggering around at night to go to the loo! But aside from this, really enjoyed our stay
