Walked in later after an emergency , my husband staying in VGH.. told the check-in clerk…she gave me one night and no discount. Ended up back and finally got a discount with the same clerk 3 days later. Got screwed over the weekend

Excellent location close to shopping, dining and entertainment.

Older hotel but clean, large room king bed and balcony. Close to VGH.

Overnight stay before an international flight. I liked the location, lots of great looking restaurants in the area. Easy access to SkyTrain and airport. Room has a great view. Bed was comfortable, pillows a bit on the soft side, would have liked to have firmer pillows but for one night not worth complaining. Bathtub/shower combo was fine, morning special. Washroom provided dove soap which smelled nice, but I personally felt was a bit cheap. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful which made things so much more easy. It's amazing how much good stuff can positively impact a trip!

Elevator was slow. Waited for 8 minutes for an elevator in the morning

I love this place - it's like an old friend. We've stayed here quite a number of times and it's always great. I like the restaurant too - comfortable, waitstaff are great, TV;s are placed nicely! It's odd sometimes when you stay at a hotel that you leave it for meals but here you never need to! Location is great too.

Clean rooms, great staff, central location and I would recommend staying here to anyone coming to Vancouver.

Very close to VGH for medical and asked to borrow a charger cause I left mine at home hospital after being flown asap down for grandson … they charged me.. but all good cause I needed updates on his condition. Crazy how sun night was a certain price but Monday it more then doubled!!! But I needed a place to stay to be there for my kid and new grand baby.
