The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of Old Town Square, as well as dozens of shops, cafes, and easy public transport from the airport.

A lovely place to stay. Rooms were nice and clean, Staff were really friendly and helpful.

No air conditioner but there's a fan but it was broken but they said they would bring a other one up but never did

We had an overall good stay at Golden Prague Rooms. The location is absolutely fantastic-everything is within easy walking distance. The room itself was very comfortable, featuring a cozy bed and a nice, clean bathroom. A massive shoutout to Jíří at the front desk! He was incredibly personable, highly knowledgeable about the city, and really added something special to our stay with his great recommendations. The only real downside was the sound insulation, which is quite poor. The rooms use traditional regular keys instead of electronic key cards, meaning you hear every single turn and click when neighbors open or close their doors. Unfortunately, we had some very rude fellow guests slamming doors and talking loudly in the dead of night. While I know the hotel can't control how inconsiderate other people are, the thin insulation definitely magnifies the noise. Despite the nighttime noise, the comfort, location, and excellent service from Jíří made it a worthwhile stay!

Great location in the city centre. The room itself was good but sadly the fridge was very small to put any of our drinks in it and there was no kettle to make tea/coffee. Also, the shower was a bit grubby with limescale and the stairwell was an echo chamber so you could hear everything all night long. Even if the door was thicker / more sound proof that would have helped. Overall a good stay and a great price for the room.

The staff was rather nice. I think the hotel is just built wrong. To get the elevator you still have to walk up a flight of stairs. So please keep in mind if you are handicap or are carrying heavy luggage. I was very disappointed when my room did not have AC. So also keep that in mind because it was very hot. They give you a fan & we slept with the windows open which wasn’t terrible. The location is 100/100. Very close to old town Prague & easy to get around. I personally would not stay again only cause of the air conditioning situation.

Jiri was a very nice front desk person. I enjoyed talking to him during the evening and he did a good job making me feel welcomed.

Great location, clean, comfortable rooms

Thanks to the staff Victorija and Jiri - both were welcoming and helpful! The place exudes period vibe which sits well with the general feel of Old Town Prague! The location is perfect for tourists who prefer to explore by foot. The room was always made tidy and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I recommend this place for people who like things the old fashion wmway.

Great location east to get around. Staff are all very friendly and helpful with all our requests. Would definitely return.
