The hotel staffs are excellent and super kind. After checked out the hotel and I was on my to next city, I received a test message from the front desk staff and was told that I left a bag in the room I didn't even notice. They sent the bag to my next destination so I didn't need to worry about it. Unfortunately I didn't ask her name, but everyone works there deserved a hat off for the excellent job they've done.

The location is excellent, we can walk to all the downtown attractions and the local food restaurants. The breakfast was wonderful. They added another dryer in the laundry during our second stay.

Clean room and helpful staff

We booked a room with extra space, so it’s quite spacious. Room is clean. Excellent location. The only setback is that their air conditioning is centralized. Sometimes we feel that the air con is not working and the room is abit stuffy. The portable fan does help abit.

Breakfast was ok. With the price we paid, could not expect more.

The staff was great as well as the location. It was next to a food area but shut down at 22:30 so it was awesome The room was very big however it was stuffy and hot. The front desk offered to move our room but that was too much like work so they sent up a fan and we opened a window and that worked well.

Internet is fine. Staff is lovely. Location is terrific. The only minus is that there's no mini fridge in the room.

I liked the hotel overall - location was convenient, a very short distance to a street with food options and shops, and a walkable distance to the twin pagodas perfect for a night stroll. The city itself as well as the property seemed slightly dated, but nothing that was unclean or uncomfortable, and the room actually had a pretty smart layout and was functional. Breakfast was not bad, varied enough, although I like the Chinese food > western food on offer there (the noodles were great!). The one thing that I did not like was the independently-operated travel desk attached to the hotel who kinda ripped me off… so would be cautious booking from them and maybe price compare first. But the hotel itself was a decent choice for a brief stay in Guilin!

Very convenient to the city center, right in the heart of the action. Excellent service. Breakfast was particularly thoughtful. The tourist information was also very detailed. Very satisfied. I'd definitely stay there again.
