Room is clean. The staff is helping and house keeping is great.

Everything here was great! Room cleaned good whenever needed - staff incredibly kind and helpful. Perfect stay at a great location.

Great service from people who bent over backwards to accommodate a disabled family member.

I stayed for 3 night while visit my son in university. Closed to sillim Station and direct bus 6017 from incheon international airport. Very good

Very clean. The beds (room with 2 twins) were too firm for my liking. Seemed wasteful that they threw away toothbrushes, razors and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel daily and replaced with new ones. The folks at the front desk were not very helpful—would only call a limo for the airport, not assist us with other taxis (eventually had to figure it out on my own and set up Kakao T).
