We had a fantastic stay and truly enjoyed every moment. Our private suite with its own pool was incredible, offering both comfort and privacy. The service was impeccable throughout, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were warm and attentive. The spa was absolutely wonderful and added to the overall relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

This is an amazingly beautiful hotel, and we can’t recommend it enough! It’s truly magical and show so much respect for the environment from which it’s within. We loved it and we’re sad to leave!

great service great team we love it

This was our second visit to a Santhiya resort hotel, having previously stay at Koh Yao Yai a few years back. Santhiya Ko Phangan is a beautiful as the other. We had a villa with a pool and special view overlooking the beach area, just perfect! Great staff, food and Thai entertainment making this place feel even more special. Our only disappointment was Santhiya's own organised boat trip to see the national park Ang Thong did not happen due to lack of numbers. Having experienced similar at Koh Yao, it was to be a highlight of this holiday and was so looking forward for it. Unfortuantley, and frustratingly, there appeared to be no upselling from Santhiya to gain the numbers needed.

Lovely place, generally a good experience. Loved walking over to the main beach over the headland which is a really easy walk. The sand and water is much nicer on that main beach. Food was pretty good, crazy they didn’t have any stir fried green dishes on the menu tho!!! Resort was well kept, room was great, love the style of this resort. Would definitely go back.

Awesome hospitality. Although away from the main lively area, a bit isolated but great place to be in and experience hospitality

This place was our favorite on our trip to Thailand. It was a quiet place to catch our breath after the hustle and bustle of Bangkok and Chang Mai. The staff are all sweet and welcoming, the rooms are beautiful, the property itself is stunning. The pool is amazing. Yoga and stretching classes are available daily, and there are three different restaurants to choose from. PS There is an easy beach to get to next to the property, as well as a small beach on the property, but other than that, this place is very remote, which is what we needed for a few days, but keep that in mind. Very remote.

- The wooden effect of the rooms and the hotel generally creates quite a gloomy effect. The rooms generally just felt a bit dated - The beach is not ideal for swimming in. Short beach and rocky. - We had a very disappointing lunch at by the sea - two mediocre club sandwiches. Generally the food selection pretty poor. - The hotel offers a WhatsApp service to communicate with them. It’s a bit of a waste of time because they take ages to respond (at least 20-30 mins was standard) and they would also read messages and not respond? The phone in our room didn’t work so we were forced to communicate with them this way. We ended up always walking from our rooms for this reason even though the hotel offers a buggy transport service. - The direct boat transfer from the hotel to and from Samui appears to be a lie. It was not particularly windy when we were staying yet adverse winds was stated as the reason as to why no boat transfer occurred during the time of our stay. Instead you need to cross the island on a van and take a boat to and from Samui from the south coast of Ko Phangan. This is of course fine but the transfer is not advertised in this way. We did however see a boat transfer happen at one of the neighbouring hotels in the village, so the wind didn’t seem to be a problem for other neighbouring hotels. The pier at the hotel seems to be in bad repair. - The hotel advise you allow 30-60 minutes to check out which seems a bizarrely long length of time.
