Amazing view of and access to the Dead Sea and a phenomenal atmosphere. The food and drinks were also top-notch. Had a minor issue with no power to my room randomly overnight, but the hotel was able to fix it.

The resort grounds and overall property are beautiful, and the Dead Sea itself was an incredible experience, but unfortunately the stay did not fully live up to the price point. The room was not particularly clean upon arrival, and the food quality at several of the on-site restaurants was disappointing considering the cost.
The biggest issue was the beach access area for entering the Dead Sea. The area felt poorly maintained with broken and dirty lounge furniture, and getting in and out of the water was more difficult than expected because of the condition of the beach setup.
Overall, the location and scenery are stunning, but the resort experience itself fell short in several areas that should be expected from a property at this level.

The hotel was amazing from food to service and i really loved the vibes, but something i didn’t like which is u can’t order food by the pool
You should go to the restaurant and eat there.

sheets were dirty upon arrival , called the reception to be changed
mosquitoes were all over room , spent a good half an hour looking for them to kill them
food was overcooked for room service
connecting room had children crying since 6am and someone using the hairdryer , we called the reception twice with no help
Very awful stay although we ve been loyal customers for 20 years so far

Overall the hotel is very good.
Breakfast is wonderful. Rooms are clean.
I have one comment that I believe needs to be considered by the hotel which is the hotel needs to clearly disseminate its policies to avoid conflicts with the clients.

This resort is really a special place. I stayed here 3 different times over the past 15 or so years and it never disappoints. The views of the sea are breathtaking from the plaza and infinity pool. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is perfect. A truly 5 star resort. You won’t be disappointed
