Amazing property in a great location. The staff were incredible and very helpful. The spa and pool area is beautiful.

Everything was ok but the room are very small, the halls that it is the only thing.

The balcony was absolutely beautiful, the staff were exceptional, and the rooms were luxurious. Every detail made the stay feel special, and I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly.

Friendly staff, small but nice well mantained rooms.

Great place to stay in between the Effiel Tower and Champs-Élysées. Staff is great here and very helpful. Rooms are tastefully decorated.

Excellent stay! Highly recommend

Good

We were never helped with the luggage to begin with. At the time of our arrival the entire corridor was being cleaned to it made it hard to get access to our room. Paris was going through an extreme heat wave yet the room temperature and acs didnt seem to work. On the last night we lost power in the night a were abruptly awaken drenched in sweat. We were forced to leave the property early as it was unbearably hot. The elevators were down and it was absolutely dark and hot. Once again no one offered to help with the luggage’s and I climbed 4 flights of stairs solo with 4 x 25kG bags alone.

The location was perfect for me because it is in a quieter part of Paris, yet walkable to many of the touristy arrondissements should you wish to visit or hang out there. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly, welcoming and ready to help. However, this hotel is not a 4 star hotel as advertised.

Great location, stellar staff, and clean, comfortable and well appointed rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make my granddaughter’s birthday celebration extra special.
