The staff are nice and the room is clean. I liked the ambiance and aesthetic. I was fortunate that the weather at the time was still tolerable without AC/fan. Not sure if this hotel provides electric fan when needed. The room was situated at the first floor facing the courtyard. I'm a late sleeper so I was not too bothered with the noise from the courtyard. If you are noise sensitive, you may want to avoid the courtyard facing room. The hotel is close to some restaurants. It's a 10-15 minutes walk to the central station.

There is no air conditioning and the room was so hot. Loud music played in the courtyard until 11pm on the weekend and make it annoying to have the windows open. The neighborhood isn’t great. Won’t stay here again.

My partner and I stayed 4 nights at Coco Hotel while we were visiting Copenhagen. We were very pleased with our experience. The staff was helpful and friendly and our room was spacious and quiet. One small suggestion I would make is - as a senior who mostly reads books and magazines (as opposed to phone and tablet screens), the lighting was a bit low. A reading lamp would have been welcome. Otherwise everything was top notch.

Good location and very nice property and staff

This hotel is really good. The staff on reception and in the cafe were a highlight- so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother. The cafe and inner courtyard are lovely- we stayed during the week and slept well but they have music at the weekend so not sure how loud this would be for an inner facing room, maybe it doesn’t go on late. The superior double was comfortable, spacious and very clean, and the towels and robes were so fluffy. One thing that could be improved was that one side of the bed lacked a table and light. I understand why this wasn’t possible as there was an internal door in the way but this isn’t really good enough for a superior room- the smaller room opposite would have been better for this reason. The hotel is a short walk from the Central station and on a handy bus route too so it is a good base. Some people may prefer to be closer to some of the main attractions but the positive is that perhaps you get a more authentic stay. This local area has some good bars, bakeries and restaurants close by- Hart bakery and Jagger burger for example- and the neighbourhood is interesting. You get a feeling that you are actually seeing the real life of citizens. Overall this hotel is really good.

We booked a family suite. What we actually got was just two interconnecting rooms, this was a little underwhelming. Within 5 mins of entering the room my SEN 7yr old had locked us out of one room and figured out how to unlock the room to external corridor independently. Our room was on the top floor and we only had ceiling height windows, we felt like this was a real shame as it ment we couldn’t soak up any of the city from inside the room. Didn’t feel like overall value for money. We’d prepaid for breakfast and almost everyday came down for breakfast with no table for 4 available. The staff accommodated us by moving other guests (often 1 person at a table of 4) which just made us feel a uncomfortable

Nice hotel in the Vesterbro area. Walking distance or biking distance to most places you will want to go. The room was clean, spacious, but furniture was awkwardly positioned, making it difficult to open bags. The shower situation in our room was not good and got the whole bathroom wet. We had a curtain enclosing the shower area, but it was not enough to contain the water. The bathroom was very big, but didn’t have counter space to place toiletries or any other thing. We had breakfast a couple of days and the quality was great, some of the staff were attentive, but some seemed like they didn’t enjoy their work so much.

Clean room. The room key is an actual key. Beautiful window facing inside the atrium. Thin walls can hear music and tvs in other rooms and the atrium. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They lock the lobby door in the evenings
