Overall experience was good. Hotel is very well located, staff very friendly, clean and delicious breakfast options. We wish we knew there was no elevator. Carrying all our luggage three flights twice was not fun, and having to go up and down stairs every time was tiring.

I will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to come to Venice!

We are a family of 4, Staff were friendly both in Reception and Dining Area for breakfast buffet, the lady in charge was so accommodating and offering us hot drinks. Room may not be that big but we are comfortable and slept very well and the air conditioning works really well.

I was in Venice for the Venice Biennale, The Hotel al Nuovo Teson was a very convenient place to stay as it is very close to the exhibition grounds and everybody in the hotel is very hospitable and helpful.

Very centreal to Venice attractions, very nice hotel lovely staff. Room was cleaned everyday. Good choice of breakfast.

Great location, close to everything

A charming, centrally located hotel that's perfect for exploring the city. The rooms were clean, and the location couldn't have been more convenient. My only suggestion is that guests should be aware there is no elevator, which I didn't realize before booking and could be challenging if you're traveling with heavy luggage. Aside from that, we had a lovely stay and appreciated the hotel's charm and excellent location.

This is such a cute hotel right in the middle of everything the staff was very nice the only thing we did not like was no elevator but the rooms were very nice

This hotel is very beautiful and in a quiet area near the busier spot of Venice in the San Marco area. The decor is modern and they had 1 queen bed and two twin beds for ou family of four. The staff was very helpful and sent us three documents to guide us to the hotel from various locations, a document that offered local tours on behalf of the hotel and another one with more helpful info. They sent this without us asking as well! They helped us bring our suitcases up via the stairs and recommended a local restaurant that I had actually researched before going to visit! It was quite good too! The staff also helped us with calling a water taxi to head to the airport for us and walked us to the taxi to make sure we knew where to go. It was the most help we had in our trip! It is 8 minutes to San Marco square and lots of nice restaurants and stores close by. We highly recommend a stay here!

Small hotel with no elevator. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Walking distance to small shops and restaurants near the waterfront. Rooms are small and hotel overall a bit dated.
