Nice hotel close to the airport and within distance of restaurant (walk and drive). Nice beds too. Great value for money

Clean property, they were helpful on the airport transfers

Nice place and easy to get to the airport. Kids enjoyed the pool!

Pros: The beds were clean and comfortable; the air conditioning worked well; and the main floor with ping pong table, bar/restaurant, and workout room were nice. Easy parking and close to the airport! Cons: The room was uncomfortably small; the bathroom was filthy with visible dirt/mold/mildew in the shower and on the sink; the food was just OK. The TV looks like a smart TV but doesn’t function or connect to internet.

Food is not the best, stay was pleasant. Staff was respectful and polite they understood English very well

Slow process to check in with passports log. One person on reception. Only one room key handed out Small sofa bed. Needs family suits. Restaurant ok but lack of imagination with food. Rooms ok but not great. Novotel slipping - if only there was a Premier Inn or Travel Lodge which has much better accommodation and service than Novotel. I think Novotel group needs to take a long look at itself.

A truly awful hotel. Water leaking out of the disgusting shower and covering the bathroom floor. Air conditioning that didn’t put a dent in a perfectly average Milan summer night and then the staff gaslighting guests (I heard the front desk say it to multiple people) by pretending like all we needed to do was adjust the settings or maybe open a window (onto, in our room’s case, a fully lit parking lot). Our small children couldn’t sleep. We couldn’t sleep. We couldn’t get a respite from the hot misery without going downstairs for a pile of towels to soak up the watery filth overflowing from the clogged and stained shower. Stay anywhere else.
