Even after booking Executive Room, my stay at the Academia Marriott was incredibly frustrating. The property is located on hill terrain, requiring you to drag your luggage down the stairs just to reach reception.
After dealing with late check-in and rigidly unhelpful staff, I found the room to be reasonable but AC unit wasn't cold. Amenities include very small gym with only one treadmill for the entire hotel. No value for money as there are much better options available.

超讚 The hotel was fantastic and we had a great experience from the start when we checked in. The front desk staff were funny and very helpful. The rooftop restaurant/bar was great with amazing views. The lobby bar opens at 8am and ready to serve you a drink to start your day on holiday!! The bar staff really made for a fun experience. We will be staying here again.
