Central location of the hotel was great. Our room had a lovely view of the mountains, spacious, quiet, clean, toiletries were provided. Fan was available upon request as it was exceptionally hot during our stay. Breakfast was buffet style, good choices with gluten free options. Courteous staff. Had a great stay in a beautiful town!

5-star treatment with the feel of a mountain lodge. Excellent & welcoming service. Well-maintained & clean rooms. Short walk to the best restaurants & shops Chamonix has to offer. Love the water dispenser on each floor for filling your water bottle. Breakfast was one of the best I've had in France.

Efficient check in , friendly staff . Very helpful . Hotel and location is perfect . Only minor comment would be the cooked breakfast being cold even if was the first down for breakfast. Still a great selection for breakfast .

Great hotel and so convenient to the Aguille du midi and the train to the Mer del Glacé. It is also close to the center of town with so many restaurants and shops. It was so nice to come back to our room after a full day of hiking. So peaceful and the pool, sauna, and hammam were so fantastic! I loved waking up to birds singing and a Mont Blanc view from our terrace. The breakfast was also very nice with a lot of choices. I found parking in a public lot right next door so saved a lot on that.

The hotel is pretty, but our room was small. The gym is tiny, the soa was nice.

Relaxing

We loved our stay. The room and all facilities, including the spa, were clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We only had the breakfast one day, but it was great, lots of choice and not bad value given the prices in Chamonix. We absolutely loved being able to nip down to the spa every evening and relax following active days. We loved the balconies with gorgeous views. The location was great. We parked in the public parking next door and walked to everything during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Room was spacious and cleaned daily which was nice. The pool area was lovely to come back to each day. Little things like no conditioner in the bathroom, no mini fridge or milk, despite having a coffee machine, would make a difference. The balcony was lovely to sit out on in the late afternoon.

Really gorgeous hotel, really friendly and helpful staff! The view from the balcony was beautiful. Great Mountain View! Room was clean and tidy, couldn’t have asked for a better location, service and amenities! Already looked to book for next year!!
