Wonderful hotel. A subway entrance right outside the front door makes this a great location for exploring Kadıköy. Me and my wife loved the hotel and the extremely helpful and friendly staff. The quality of their complimentary breakfast was especially impressive. We plan to stay here again on our next trip to İstanbul.

Breakfast was good

Clean, attentive staff, very accommodating!

very nice and and convenient hotel with efficient and helpful staff.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good service. The room I stayed at had old and scratched furniture which I thought was odd for a 5 star rating No hesitation to recommend it

The service and breakfast The rooms were a bit dark

Friendly staff, great location, great dining, very clean rooms, quiet.

It was a good 3-star hotel. Although some common areas have been renovated, the rooms have an old-fashioned design (we stayed on the 3rd floor). The rooms were clean but small, and there was not enough space to open two suitcases at the same time. The only negative part was the showers that made the whole bathroom wet. They probably had a cheap contractor for that! The staff were very polite, the internet speed was good, and it was quiet in a peaceful neighborhood. The location was very convenient. It was right beside the metro station, with access to the red and blue lines. We got to Kadikoy in less than 15 minutes with it. You also can get to Sabiha airport by metro, but it took us an hour to get to Istanbul airport. You can walk 10 minutes to Migros grocery store, 5 minutes to a dry cleaner, or 15 minutes to the City shopping center.

We enjoyed our stay at the ByOtell Hotel in Istanbul. The staff was very helpful in arranging transportation for us to the airport.

The staff here always goes above and beyond
