The room was clean, but the first three on the third floor smelled like ashtray until they moved me to the fourth floor. The hotel staff was very accommodating & kept apologizing . It is not staff’s fault : the hotel is old & outdated . I never stayed in a Holiday Inn hotel in the USA that is so expensive & so dingy.

Poor amenities - gym was very small, although they arranged sauna for us (which is only available when they don't have a conference!). Breakfast didn't have many vegetarian and vegan options - although staff were helpful in explaining the allergens. Location also not great for tourists.

很好 AURIMAS was the best check in person I’ve ever had! He was so friendly and informative - I arrived after a delay in my flight, close to midnight, and his positive attitude made all that trouble go away! Best part of my stay!
That being said I didn’t find the bar person on the second night I was there friendly at all, and there was a weird yellow stain in my room that looked like vomit….
