The best hotel in Langkawi. The room is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have been to Langkawi three times, and this is by far the best hotel.

Saw the high rating and decided to change my hotel at the eleventh hour. Location was perfect, but it is definitely only a 2* hotel. Pool was simply an enlarged bath tub. Stairs to room. Shower had extremely low water pressure, which was later adjusted. Breakfast starts at 7.30am but at 7.45am it was still closed. Receptionist said she had no idea what time it will open. I paid about US$80 after 30% discount. Not worth. It is just a mere motel. Rooms were spacious. The only pros about this motel is Aziman, the manager. He has been very helpful and thoughtful. He passed me a towel to use for my activities. I dare not take any towels out of the room because there is a message in the room that states the cost of cleaning the towel is RM80, face towel is RM50 etc. Frankly, for that price, I can buy a few new towels. Besides, upon check in, the duvet covers were not even washed after the previous guests checked out. Hygiene is definitely missing. And the flushing system stinks. Not sure if it applies to all hotels in the area because there is a bad sewage odour even at the toilets in the malls.

Room was good, slightly on the small side but was a basic room. Comfortable beds. The bathroom is a wet room so the water got on the toilet but otherwise fine. Good pool that is not busy. Quite relaxing. No lift - we were on second floor with luggage. Friendly staff and close to the beach and main road with shops.

Nice rooms, next door to a night market, great location in Cenang .

Room was spacious and clean. Great proximity to the beach. The staff was helpful and all excursions easily booked at the hotel. The breakfast was good as well! Good value.

Room very clean, staff were so kind and helpful- we booked our trips through the hotel and had a fabulous stay here . Highly recommend and cannot wait to return

My low star rating was due to the room that we were given. Room #01, is probably the worst room in the building. The hotel needs to spend some money on this unit. We stayed here 3 nights, the bedroom window needs some a good sealing or better yet a new window. It was hard to fall asleep when you get woken up every night by a bunch of dogs fighting and barking over garbage. Besides the room, the staff are very friendly and the restaurant next door (for the complimentary breakfast) is delicious. The location is ideal and we would probably stay here again but just not in this room!

J’ai passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel au Arch Studio à Langkawi ! Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli avec un grand sourire et une incroyable gentillesse de la part des réceptionnistes. Leur professionnalisme, leur disponibilité et leur attention constante ont vraiment rendu mon séjour inoubliable. Je tiens à les remercier du fond du cœur : ils représentent à eux seuls l’excellence de l’hospitalité ! L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable, chaque espace est parfaitement entretenu et donne immédiatement une sensation de confort et de bien-être. Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes, bien aménagées et décorées avec goût, offrant tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi tout en profitant d’un cadre hôtelier de qualité supérieure. Tout est pensé pour le confort des clients : des installations pratiques, une atmosphère chaleureuse et un service vraiment attentionné. On ressent que l’équipe met beaucoup de soin et de passion à satisfaire les voyageurs. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent séjourner à Langkawi. Loved this place. We were greeted with smiles and treated that way for our 2 night stay. It's in a wonderful location if you want to enjoy the beach and the night life. It's at your doorstep, however, there's no noise. Or room was on the pool deck, which was a haven in the heat. The room was fresh, clean, spacious and beautifully docated. Breakfast was simple and nice. Short Grab ride from the airport.
