Fantastic stay! The front desk staff was welcoming and quick to check us in. Our room was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable kids loved the bunk beds . Wi-Fi was fast. The location is within a five-minute walk to the main plaza and local restaurants. Breakfast spread was delicious! Perfect base for exploring the city! wonderful stay from check in to check out. Highly recommend!!

Excellent hotels!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at ICON Barcelona. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The breakfast was excellent—just as many other reviews had mentioned—with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.

Oh my gosh everything about this hotel was great. The highlight for sure was Celia and her amazing customer service. She is the best concierge and the kindest person in town. Bravo to her and for making our stay outstanding!!

My family and I stayed here one night. We didn't eat on site, but my husband said the breakfast looked lovely. As a whole, we were comfortable. The "pool" was very shallow, but refreshing enough. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was spacious. Staff was nice. I would say there were two downsides (prefacing by stating this was not an inexpensive hotel): 1) I booked the quadruple room, which looked in the pictures to have a bit of privacy between the bunk beds and the king bed. Our room had no separation. In addition, when we pulled our curtain open, our view was of a concrete wall about 3 ft away. Very disappointing. 2) The TV had very few channels, and they were all in Spanish. Yes, I recognize we were in Spain; however, even in a small hotel in Athens, the TV was a smart TV and we could log into Netflix and stream our own shows. When you're traveling and have jetlag, sometimes watching TV can be soothing.

Very friendly and helpful staff and always willing to help. This hotel is Ina great location- on block away from major shopping and metro station. My room was ready early and I was able to check in at 11am. The breakfast was great - made or order omelets and pancakes, coffee machine with lots of options, and free cava! Will definitely stay here if I go back and felt very safe as a solo traveler! Thank you, ICON!

The hotel and staff were great! The only problem was that I felt the springs in the mattress. Besides that everything was wonderful. They also have an amazing breakfast and staff working the kitchen.
