I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable and my breakfast at the Guildhouse was delicious.
The renovated gym was also a very nice addition, my only criticism is parking, finding a long-term spot nearby wasn’t easy or cheap

The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly, efficient, and helpful. Each time I walked past the desk they greeted me with a smile and a personal comment. My room was crisp and clean. The lime bar soap was so refreshing. A neat treat! Keeys was a friendly and attentive waiter at breakfast. My coffee cup was always full...thank you!

Came through for the weekend on a whim. Chose this location because it appeared to be in the middle of everything. And it was! I did so much positive walking this weekend because everything was in walking distance. Just an awesome and insightful decision on my part.
But, I would be lying if I said proximity was the best reason to stay here. And I wouldn’t be known as “honest Santa” if I lied.
Yes, dear trackers, there’s something greater, and that is the front lobby boys. An omnipotent force, they were so helpful, friendly, kind and understanding. Like, if I could meet who ever hired Daniel and Rhyan, I would like to pick their brains for a second because they obviously know something. Absolute angels, those boys. Somehow the 2 most beautiful men in Columbus work the same lobby at the same time. Unbelievable.
Blair was also a big help.
All in all, 10/10, the ac gets super cold.

超讚 Room was great, staff was helpful (especially Ryan, who assisted me at the time I made my reservation), avocado toast at Soul espresso bar was yummy, gym facilities were clean and up to par. Valets were friendly and service was quick. Daily valet charge is a bit steep at $50, but that is the only complaint.
