Very friendly, helpful and hardworking staff. Clean, comfy environment and very convenient for early flights. We found the food was tasty. Stayed as a family with young kids and all had a lovely time.

We booked an overnight with extended parking before an early morning flight. A great sleep, reception helpful to answer our questions before an early start. There is a bus past the hotel to the airport but it was only 12-15 minutes walk so quicker than waiting for the bus. It was a great choice for us and will make us happier to pick early flights from Luton again.

As expected for an airport hotel. Restaurant was open 24 hrs with some items and we arrived later in the evening and this was very helpful. We also had breakfast at the restaurant. As expected for a decent hotel and food quality better than at Holiday Inn's in Canada/USA. Well maintained and clean property. Defintely recommend for convencience near Luton airport.

Great location within walking distance to the airport

In the July heatwave in the UK, arrived at 8pm for a 6.30am flight the following morning to be told that the air conditioning unit in the room was broken and they had no other rooms, but that reservations team would be in touch to refund me 30% of the cost of my my room and I could have some free water from the bar to make up for the inconvenience. To date, I've still heard nothing from them about it.

Clean convenient and comfy, has everything you need for a pre flight sleepover.

All lovely

This was great for our overnight stay before an early flight for a family holiday. Maria our server in the restaurant was fantastic. Our only negative was the food prices were a little steep
