The resort is great. I want to have a relaxing time in Bangkok before I left. The hotel is just like a resort. Next to the airport. Love it.
However, 2 incidents that triggered me that the service of this hotel is not up to Hilton standard. First, one my my room keys (they provided me with two). The staff accompanied me to my room and found out that one card was not working. We entered the room with another card. I didn't asked them to give me a replacement. Because I didn't ask, they never gave me a replacement.
Secondly, my booking has included breakfast. When I sat down for breakfast in the restaurant, the staff came over and told me that my package did not include breakfast and would like to walk over to the front desk to clarify on my own. I insisted that my package has included breakfast and they did not believe. I told them that they can send a staff from the font desk to the restaurant to clarify with me.
After a while, the waitress told me that no staff is available. The kind of gesture made me and my wife feel uncomfortable and embarrassed, I told her I can pay if they can prove that my package did not include breakfast. I then showed the voucher to them on my phone. It clearly mentioned "breakfast is included". The waitress took two pictures from my phone. Later, she confirmed that my package has included breakfast.
This is a Hilton hotel in Bangkok. I don't know what happened. Definitely not feel welcomed.

This resort hotel is a great place to stay when you’re in Bangkok. Specially if you are a golfer. Free shuttle to and from airport and to Mega Bangna ( a famous mall that has great variety of food restaurants that are very affordable ) luv my stay in Bangkok. The Grab ride is about 40 mins to the City ( Iconsiam and Platinum Mall )
Will come back and stay at this resort next time. The food were great as well. Luv our stay at Hilton Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Golf Resort and Spa.
Staff were excellent. Rooms were cleaned daily. I recommend this place anytime. So quiet at night; away from the busy, noisy city.
