Location was good and the Staff very friendly! Property was basic and could use some updating in the rooms department. Other than that it worked for us.

Always consistent between the locations I visited in the US and Canada. Clean, spacious and has what I need if I forget something.

Good place to stay

I really enjoy my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Houston. The staff were very friendly, the place was very clean and fresh specially the bed, sheets and pillows. The room was clean and fresh also very cool temperature. Over all I had an awesome time atvthe hotel.

Great location for NRG stadium, clean lobby and rooms. Very spacious room. Great breakfast and pool.

Staff nice, facility somewhat clean. Breakfast marginal. Ants and dying cockroaches in toom.

I really enjoyed my stay. The property is within walking distance of NRG Stadium, and only about a 10 minute drive to my Doctors’ office in the medical center. There are also, several eating places near by, which are all pluses, but the most important thing for me was the great service. The staff were extremely nice, and wonderfully accommodating.

Clean throughout and front desk was friendly and helpful

The hotel was greatly located for a game at NRG stadium. Their breakfast was decent. The rooms were spacious and clean. Unfortunately the staff was not very helpful. Despite several phone calls they still haven’t fixed an issue with my bill and they haven’t been responding to an item we left behind.

Shower was not in good condition. Walls pilling off. Water pressure was low
