It smelled great entering the lobby. Most of the staff was helpful but the late night woman manning the front desk. And the room was not very clean at all.

In the heart of the gay village, this was the perfect location for my visit. A safe and walkable to so many areas of the city. A vibrant nightlife just outside the door, yet my room was so quiet you wouldn't know it.

Clean room, great location, friendly staff

Warm friendly staff. Not worth the money for a suite. You would expect complimentary water for the price. No chair with the vanity station which was very bizarre. Better off with one of the cozy rooms. But great location.

No real amenities. Noisy rooms. Two capsules of coffee in the room and when I asked reception if there was somewhere in the hotel to get a coffee, the response was to go to the train station. Overall, not ideal if you want a hotel experience.

Amazing location and very welcoming staff. No issues with noise on the back side of the hotel and I loved the gorgeous large room with a glass canopy (complete with very functional shades). Only drawbacks were 1) the WiFi was rather weak and 2) the room could have used a bit more of a gay touch to the bathroom amenities (wink)

Great location, very clean and nice rooms

Reported the a/c was showing an error immediately after check in. Returned to the room late in the evening, no message, no note, no nothing… and no fix. Without opening windows it was a stuffy hot nights sleep. Add this to the absolute stink of damp and mould in the entrance way of the room and it was a real treat! This hotel is the perfect example of one that was developed, built and the forgotten about. Totally unloved. Second and last visit. There is far more well maintained hotels nearby.

The room was clean and bed was comfy . Well stocked bar fridge . Very quiet except if you stay Saturday night as it’s on a street with night life but didn’t make sleeping difficult. We enjoyed our stay . It’s close to lots of great restaurants in walking distance and also 10 minute walk from train and tram station

Secure Q car park nearby. A lot of noise from club below. Heating not working but they supplied portable heaters and room was an upgrade so kept it. Normal rooms are a bit smaller.
