Staff were very friendly and helpful even for things like sending laundry out to be cleaned. Room was spacious, modern and bathroom was perfect. Fantastic location walking distance to “the Mile”, old town and the Castle. Tesco convenience grocery store nearby along with cafes, restaurants and souvenir shops. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful way to start our first trip to Edinburgh! Clean room, excellent food, extraordinary staff, and a good night's rest. The food was supreme as we enjoyed several meals at the hotel. The variety and bar selections were fantastic. The HUGE gym was a superb way to start the day even though we conveniently walked everywhere --- Royal Mile, Castle, GrassMarket, City Center...very convenient to the city's attractions!
