The hotel was charming. Beautiful decor. Room amenities were a bit lacking.
What was particularly not expected at a hotel of this calibre was when a mouse ran under my table during dinner in the lounge. Upon discreetly mentioning it to the staff, I was shrugged off as though it was a normal experience in the hotel. Less than ideal response that raises questions around how sanitary the hotel is.

5-star hotel, well maintained, with friendly and professional staff; on-site dining, good food and cappuccino; cafe; small gym, one hour free use; centrally located in The Hague. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel after staying at the Hilton. Paid a lot more for this one than the Hilton and wished we had stayed there. Took ages both mornings for someone to actually seat us for breakfast and then we were forgotten twice when we asked for more tea.
The hotel looked beautiful and reception staff very friendly but our room was not cleaned, our tv did not work and we had no teabags in our room, just basic things you would have thought. We did report our problems but have never had a follow up from the hotel. Save your money and stay at the Hilton breakfast and service mikes better !!!

Very nice and spacious room, comfortable bed. But unfortunately very dusty everywhere. Plus we had the junior suite, and both showers were faulty.

If you want a bit of luxury this is the place. Well locate in an elegant area of the Hague filled with top notch eateries. It's plush, its fun, it's vibrant. Comfortable luxurious rooms. Bath tub/shower is a little high to get into - other than that it's a perfect place.
